The CA DMV and ADP does not allow online classes at this time and we do not electronically file with the DMV. We are not a CA licensed DUI school and this class should not be taken by CA residents who have a CA drivers license. Out of state residents with a CA requirement may be able to take our program with prior approval. Our classes are taken for educational purposes and for certain court only requirements with approval. California Alcohol and Drug Stats

In 2018, 1,768 people were killed in traffic accidents that were alcohol and or drug related. There were 24,343 alcohol related injuries. There were 195,879 arrests for Driving Under the Influence. 77.6% of those arrests were Males. In fatal accidents where drivers had been drinking, 34.7% were involving fixed objects while 52.7% were involving multiple vehicles

In 2018, the average age of drivers cited for DUI was 30 yrs. 22.4% of those arrested were Female. The proportion of women among convicted offenders has risen consistently since 1989.

BAC levels even at .02% can affect your driving ability and likelihood of a crash. The probability of a crash increases significantly at .05% BAC and climbs quickly after .08% BAC.

Penalty Schedule for Sales to Minors

Sales of alcoholic beverages to anyone under 21 carries a 15 day license suspension Permitting people under 21 to drink carries a 15 day license suspension. Furnishing or causing to be furnished alcoholic beverages to anyone under 21 carries a 15 day license suspension. 2nd violation within 36 months carries a 25 day license suspension 3rd violation within 36 months and the license is revoked.
