For most first time offenders under the age of 21 when their offense occurred, this 8 hour MIP class is likely the program needed to comply with one's court order, school or other legal requirement. This class is taken for those that were cited or who have a judgment against them for minor in consumption of alcohol, minor in possession of alcohol, possession of paraphernalia or other related offense.

Most importantly those that take our 8 hour MIP class will learn about the most up to date information on how drugs and alcohol can adversely effect and change one's life forever. Most teens understand the basic risks of using, but most don’t really think through and fully understand the more complicated risks. This class will both educate and help prevent future usage and help foster a safer environment for our youth.

Who Takes This Class?

Some colleges and high schools will require all incoming freshmen to take this class. Other times this class is taken as part of a disciplinary action for a MIP, MIC charge or the student is asked to take an 8 hour, Level 1 program.
