Our website is completely secure and classes can be paid for by credit card by just pushing the button correlating to the class level you would like.

2.  Can I use these classes for my legal requirements?

You must get court approval to take this course prior to registering.  Our courses are have been designed by Dr. Ari Novick.  Dr. Novick is a licensed, practicing therapist specializing alcohol and drug rehabilitation.  The course content is completely current with all the most recent techniques and procedures for alcohol and drug rehabilitation today.  Our programs are frequently accepted to fulfill legal requirements in Sandy Springs Georgia, however, we always suggest that you get prior approval from the court system before starting any program.

3.  How does the court know I have taken the class?

After completing the class, a Certificate of Completion will be mailed to you.  This diploma is what you will deliver to the court to prove that you have fulfilled the requirements.  It contains your name, birth date, the length and level of class you took, your case information, address and a verification number.  We will send it to you in the mail upon completion.

4.   How much time can I take to finish the class?

Most of our customers are thrilled to take a course online rather than drive to a traditional classroom setting.  The courses are taken entirely at your own pace.  You can take the class for as long or short as you would like in each sitting, and during whatever time of the day or night you would like.  If you are pressured to get through it quickly, you can.  If you have no need to rush through it and want to spread it out over a few weeks, you can.  Our computer system will keep track of where you are in the program.  The next time you sign in, the program will pull up where you ended during your previous visit. This is the way to go for the most flexibility!

5.  Can I use any form of web-access?

Yes.  You can access our Sandy Springs Georgia online alcohol awareness classes, drug awareness, DUI or MIP program from any location that provides internet service in the United States.  You can take them from your local library, from your family room on your PC, or sitting in your backyard on your IPad.  Whatever and wherever is best for you.  Our courses provide complete convenience for our customers!

6.  What if I have trouble with the Final Exam?

No.   As in all our Sandy Springs Georgia courses, the student is able to retake the exam as many times as needed to pass.   It is a multiple choice test and you only need at least a 70% score for successful completion, so there is room for some error.

7.  How do I know I can trust your company?

You can click on the BBB link on our website and it will direct you to the Better Business Bureau website.  You will see that we have an A+ rating!  We stand behind our customer satisfaction guarantee and work hard to provide a world class program.  You can get a hold of us directly from 9a.m. – 5 p.m. PST, Monday – Friday with any questions or matters you might have.
