Many TX agenies typically require all classes to be taken in person. Many courts will allow online programs with prior approval.  Please check with your local court, judge, or other legal official and find out if a distance learning program will meet your specific requirements before registering for any of our online courses. The TX DPS does not allow online programs at this time.

Please get prior approval to take this online class before enrolling if you have a DUI/DWI requirement. Not all state agencies allow for online classes.
  • MIP, MIC Classes- Minor in possession classes taken for school, court and other legal needs by those under 21.

1.  How much do Laredo Texas online alcohol awareness classes, drug education, MIP or DUI* classes cost?

Classes are reasonably priced and vary based on the which class you choose.  If classes are being taken purely for self-growthpurposes, then you should look online at the various course selections to decide where you would like to begin.  The court directs you as to the length you must take to fulfill your judicial sanction.  Our shortest class is an 8 hour (level 1) program and is $175.00, our 16 hour (level 2) class is $275.00 and our 24 Hour (level 3) class is $350.00.  We also have longer drug classes or alcohol classes.  Click on the navigation menu. Keep in mind that by taking classes online, you will also be saving money on gas. Our website is completely secure and classes can be paid for by credit card by just pushing the button correlating to the class level you would like.

2.  Can I use these classes for my legal requirements?

Yes, with court permission.  Our courses are have been designed by Dr. Ari Novick.  Dr. Novick is a licensed, practicing therapist specializing alcohol and drug rehabilitation.  The course content is completely current with all the most recent techniques and procedures for alcohol and drug rehabilitation today.  Our programs are frequently accepted to fulfill legal requirements in Laredo Texas, however, we always suggest that you get prior approval from the court system before starting any program.  

3.  How does the court know I have taken the class?

All students will receive a Certificate of Completion once the class has been successfully finished.  This certificate is what you will hand over to the courts according to their instruction to prove that you have fulfilled the requirements.  It contains your name, birth date, the length and level of class you took, your case information, address and a verification number.  We will send it to you in the mail upon completion.

4.   How quickly can the classes be finished for Laredo Texas
