If your Blood Alcohol Content is higher, your fines can go up to $400, plus a year in jail and suspended license, plus up to 60 hours of community service.

If you don’t learn your lesson the first time you’re convicted, and are convicted again of a DUI within five years of your first one, you’re looking at a $400 fine, license suspension for two years, a year in jail, alcohol or drug treatment program, and possible ignition interlock on your car.
