I really think that every teenager should have to sit through many Alcohol Awareness Classes, so they can truly see the devastation that drinking can cause a family. Under age drinking is a huge problem and results in many deaths and injuries. Most teenagers don't think that this will ever happen to them or someone they know and love. But this does keep happening. Teenagers keep drinking and then driving and then get killed daily. If they make it through high school and then become alcoholics as adults and ruin their lives and these meetings you have can really give them a wakeup call to see where their life maybe headed. The health aspect of heavy drinking is grim too; many people will develop problems with their liver and kidneys. Possibly going to a kidney machine in their lifetime or if they are really having a bender they can die due to alcohol blood poisoning.
